Among the many gems of this lush, AAA Five-Diamond luxury resort is its state-of-the-art meeting rooms. The Red Rock Boardroom in particular is a technological masterpiece of cutting-edge design.

The focal point of the room is a handcrafted mahogany conference table fitted with eight 21-inch flat-screen monitors that emerge from the tabletop. High-back, butter-soft leather armchairs, meeting blotters and pen holders are stationed at 24 separate seatings.

Specifically designed for video conferencing, this meeting space is equipped with three cameras concealed throughout the room, operated by a dedicated Event Technology Butler who is always at hand to assist with any technology questions. Surround sound, data and video routing systems are all controllable through a wireless touch-screen remote, as are two 65-inch plasma screen displays, one of which is hidden behind a rollaway painting and the other preloaded with interactive SMART board software. An automated projection screen and projector are concealed in the meeting room wall, providing a 72-inch image for computer or video display.
